"It was very pet friendly. The room was taken care of. Water in the room for drinking the fridge was clean also microwave. Bed was comfortable. No creamer for coffee. Check in staff was nice. Same with check out staff. Still waiting on my returned deposit. I took pictures of room when i went in so they wouldn't say i did the lil damage that was done to room. Overall nice stay. Saw a few lil creepy crawlers. Guess that expected for the area. I'm sure they bring in an exterminators for them....

"Hotel was right off the highway. It was comfortable quiet and inexpensive. Breakfast was slim but did the job. The hotel is nothing fancy but works if you are riding the trail and dont want to camp. Easy access to the trail."

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating, Wi-Fi was out but that was explained right up front. Facility was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Rooms were well stocked with towels and toiletries! Would be happy to stay their again. "

"My family liked the hotel very much. Very convenient if visiting the Berkeley Springs hot water baths at the state park. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food was just okay. Next time will try other restaurants in the area. We could not stay for the breakfast. Anyway the breakfast was not included in your hotel room rate. Friendly staff. We will visit again."
